Child Development Screenings

MECA Therapies’ home visiting services are free for Medicaid-eligible families and supported by state-funded programs. There are no out-of-pocket costs for qualifying participants.
Do I need to be a first-time parent?
No! We welcome all families with children under 5, whether it’s your first or your fifth.
Is this part of Medicaid?
Yes, our program is part of the Medicaid home visiting program in New Mexico and is completely free.
Can I still participate if I live in a rural area?
Absolutely. We offer both in-home and virtual visits for families throughout the state.
