Dear Health Care Providers,

We at MECA Therapies are reaching out to let you know that we are committed to the continuation of ALL services to our clients until we are instructed otherwise from the NMDOH and/or the NM State Governor’s office.  We are happy to share that as of 3/19/2020, we have begun using HIPAA-compliant Telehealth practices to provide ongoing therapy services for our current clients, and will offer the same for any new clients. Telehealth has provided us with a means to ensure that our clients and your patients, will not have to experience an interruption in their much-needed therapy services during this difficult time of the COVID-19 crisis.  Each family has always been assigned a Family Service Coordinator to work with their child and family and they will continue to have this valuable resource. Family Service Coordinators provide essential case management that includes identifying needs and concerns as well as providing resources.  They also ensure that   all service providers and therapies are meeting each client’s needs.

We will continue to accept referrals for all of our programs including: Early Intervention Services for 0-3 years: Children’s Outpatient Clinic Services for ages 3-21 years and Home Visiting Services (for any family with children under the age of 3 including prenatal coaching and support.)

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.  I will be attaching referral forms for Early Intervention and Home Visiting Services.

These can be submitted via email at camille@mecatherapies.com or faxed to 575-522-9564. You can also call in a referral to 575-575-522-9555 or fill out our referral form through our website at mecatherapies.com/referrals/
