MECA Therapies is comprised of a group of 90 dedicated employees who function as a family of professionals.  Our highly trained team provides the following services:  Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Instruction, Family Therapy, Social Work and Service Coordination Services.  We employ both English speaking and Spanish-speaking therapists to serve within our communities.

As a company MECA Therapies has been providing therapy services since 1998.  We provide comprehensive rehabilitation through diagnostic and treatment services for both children and adults.  Our scope of services includes patients with:

1. Speech and language delays  and disorders
2. Feeding and swallowing difficulties
3. Physical delays
4. Developmental delays
5. Neurologic/neuromuscular conditions

We work with individuals in natural settings within the home and community through our Early Childhood program and Developmental Disabilities Waiver program. We also provide outpatient services through our clinic facilities. In addition, MECA holds several school-based contracts throughout New Mexico. 

MECA Therapies believes in building relationships and works closely with the patients and their families to set and meet the goals that are most important to them.  We pride ourselves on having a variety of programs and options available for service delivery which helps facilitate smooth transitions from one stage of treatment to another.
