Our professional staff has extensive experience in providing rehabilitative therapy services to children and young adults. Our facilities consist of fully equipped Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy areas as well as Speech Communication suites.
Individuals referred to our clinics are offered a comprehensive evaluation. Following the initial visit, each patient receives detailed information about our findings plus a plan of care that includes exercises to do at home in addition to clinic sessions. Our staff will develop and deliver treatment plans which seek to build upon the patient’s strengths.

Payment Options?
MECA Therapies accepts Medicaid, most major insurances as well as cash payments. Our intake staff is very experienced and will assist patients in obtaining the appropriate insurance authorizations for both evaluation and ongoing therapy visits.
Our facilities also offer important supplementary programs for state-sponsored, community-based Early Childhood and Developmental Disabilities Waiver clients.

Where Do Our Services Take Place?
MECA Therapies currently provides outpatient services in two facilities located in Las Cruces and Clovis, New Mexico.

The Treatment Process
Clinic patients will have the opportunity to receive therapy in a one-on-one setting. Socialization and language activities will also be available in a playgroup setting for children, if needed. Additional diagnostic and rehabilitation services that fit the needs of children and adults include:

Education for parent, family and loved ones
Pediatric feeding therapy (for those with difficulty swallowing)
Sensory integration
Dysphasia
Hearing screenings
Pediatric focused motor therapy
Aquatic therapy
Supplementary services for school-aged children
Screening and assessments for a wide range of diagnoses
